Bonne Bastille! Health Lessons From The French (Including Nutella And Wine)

Bastille Day is coming up fast, but before you feast on a wheel of Brie and drink several cocktails made with Lillet, we think its worth taking some time to reflect on health lessons from the French, in honor of their nations Birthday. Theyre better known for buttery cuisine and puffing on cigarettes than hitting up the gym or worrying about superfoods, but the French have some long-standing traditions that arent so bad for your health. Dukan Diet aside, we think youd be wise to adopt several of them .
